Combined Cycle Maintenance Supervisor

In this context, we are looking for talent to fill the position of Combined Cycle Power Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Guarantee the reliability, availability, and safety of the facilities through the execution and supervision of maintenance activities, optimizing resources and contributing to an efficient and sustainable operation.

• Organize and distribute assigned tasks, providing clear instructions to internal staff and contracted services.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, joining the on-call service once the required experience has been acquired.
• Supervise the correct execution of work performed by external companies, both during normal operation and during scheduled shutdowns.
• Plan and define the needs for materials, spare parts, tools, human resources, and execution times.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation necessary for equipment intervention.
• Collaborate in the preparation and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and ranges.
• Participate in the analysis of breakdowns and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective measures.
• Health and Safety
  Guarantee compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures, fostering a preventive culture and anticipation of risk.

• Industrial instrumentation: transmitters, sensors, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic actuators, as well as configuration, calibration, and verification of field equipment.
• Industrial automation and control: PLC, SCADA, frequency drives, process control, and regulation systems.
• Industrial electricity: medium voltage cells, low voltage panels, transformers, protection relays, safe voltage systems, and associated equipment.
• Industrial communications: configuration and diagnosis of industrial networks and protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP and others).

• OT IT and industrial cybersecurity: administration of OT environments, backups, system recovery, and protection of industrial infrastructures.
• Virtualization of OT infrastructures: management of virtualized environments, with experience in VMware, Hyper-V, and Veeam Backup being valued.
• Process measurement and control systems: monitoring and control of variables such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, and vibrations.
• Breakdown diagnosis and resolution: ability to integrate systems, identify incidents, and provide technical solutions in complex industrial environments.
• Leading manufacturer technologies: experience with automation, control, and protection systems and solutions from manufacturers such as Siemens and ABB will be valued.

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Industrial Automation and Robotics or similar
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar

En este contexto buscamos talento para ocupar la posición de Supervisor/a Mantenimiento Central Ciclos Combinados

Garantizar la fiabilidad, disponibilidad y seguridad de las instalaciones mediante la ejecución y supervisión de las actividades de mantenimiento, optimizando recursos y contribuyendo a una operación eficiente y sostenible.

• Organizar y distribuir los trabajos asignados, proporcionando instrucciones claras al personal propio y a los servicios contratados.
• Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, incorporándose al servicio de retén una vez adquirida la experiencia requerida.
• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos realizados por empresas externas, tanto en operación normal como en paradas programadas.
• Planificar y definir las necesidades de materiales, repuestos, herramientas, recursos humanos y tiempos de ejecución.
• Interpretar planos, esquemas y documentación técnica necesaria para la intervención en equipos.
• Colaborar en la elaboración y mejora continua de procedimientos y gamas de mantenimiento.
• Participar en el análisis de averías e incidentes, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo medidas correctoras.
• Seguridad y Salud
  Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa y procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud, fomentando una cultura preventiva y de anticipación al riesgo.

• Instrumentación industrial: transmisores, sensores, actuadores neumáticos, eléctricos e hidráulicos, así como configuración, calibración y verificación de equipos de campo.
• Automatización y control industrial: PLC, SCADA, variadores de frecuencia, sistemas de control y regulación de procesos.
• Electricidad industrial: celdas de media tensión, cuadros de baja tensión, transformadores, relés de protección, sistemas de tensión segura y equipos asociados.
• Comunicaciones industriales: configuración y diagnóstico de redes y protocolos industriales (Modbus RTU/TCP y otros).

• Informática OT y ciberseguridad industrial: administración de entornos OT, copias de seguridad, recuperación de sistemas y protección de infraestructuras industriales.
• Virtualización de infraestructuras OT: gestión de entornos virtualizados, valorándose experiencia con VMware, Hyper-V y Veeam Backup.
• Sistemas de medida y control de proceso: monitorización y control de variables como presión, temperatura, caudal, nivel y vibraciones.
• Diagnóstico y resolución de averías: capacidad para integrar sistemas, identificar incidencias y proporcionar soluciones técnicas en entornos industriales complejos.
• Tecnologías de fabricantes líderes: se valorará experiencia con sistemas y soluciones de automatización, control y protección de fabricantes como Siemens y ABB.
