• Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Particular consideration will be given to profiles with a higher engineering degree/Master's enabling professional accreditation and the ability to become a member of a professional association in order to take on technical responsibilities and sign off projects.
• Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention. Specialisations in Safety, Hygiene and Ergonomics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a position of similar characteristics.
• Experience in maintenance in production environments.
• Experience in team leadership and people management.
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced office software skills.
• Availability to travel as required

• Responsible for directing and coordinating the Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Environment, IT and General Services areas, defining the plant's technical strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
• Driving the optimisation of production processes, infrastructures and operating models, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
