Requirements

What we're looking for

Practical experience in Kubernetes administration.
Solid knowledge of Docker and container technologies.
Experience in CI/CD, Argo CD, and GitOps processes.
Experience with Helm and YAML manifests.
Knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus.
Linux systems administration.
Knowledge of networking in Kubernetes: services, Ingress Controllers, DNS, and network policies.
Knowledge of persistent storage: Persistent Volumes, Storage Classes, and CSI.
Experience with Git and repository management.
Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and events to diagnose incidents.
Scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Python.

Nice to have

OpenShift, AKS, EKS, or GKE.
Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Loki, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar solutions.
HashiCorp Vault, External Secrets, or Sealed Secrets.
Service Mesh: Istio or Linkerd.
Hardening, vulnerability analysis, and container security.
Backup and recovery of Kubernetes platforms.
CKA, CKAD, CKS or equivalent certifications.
Sufficient English for technical documentation and meetings.

The role

We are looking for a Kubernetes Administrator – DevOps to join a technological project oriented towards the administration, operation, and evolution of Kubernetes-based platforms.

The selected person will work in a technical environment where they will play an important role in the automation, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of the platforms.

What you'll do

Management of incidents, requests, and changes.
Configuration and availability management.
Capacity, continuity, and security management.
Participation in evolution projects.
Strategy and architecture design.
Technological monitoring and analysis of new solutions.
Collaboration with technical teams in the continuous improvement of the platforms.
