- Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent IT training.

- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.

- Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes and Docker Swarm in production environments.

- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation.

- Containers: Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes.

- Orchestration and cluster management: Rancher.

- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Nexus.

- Version control: Git / GitLab.

- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Helm (desirable).

- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and security of cloud/hybrid environments.

- Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
