Requirements

What we're looking for

Practical experience in Kubernetes administration.
Solid knowledge of Docker and containers.
Experience in CI/CD, Argo CD, and GitOps processes.
Experience with Helm and YAML manifests.
Knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus.
Linux systems administration.
Knowledge of Kubernetes networking: services, Ingress Controllers, DNS, and network policies.
Knowledge of persistent storage: Persistent Volumes, Storage Classes, and CSI.
Experience with Git and repository management.
Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and events to diagnose incidents.
Scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Python.

Nice to have

Experience with OpenShift, AKS, EKS, or GKE.
Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Loki, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or log management tools.
Secret management tools: HashiCorp Vault, External Secrets, or Sealed Secrets.
Knowledge of Service Mesh, such as Istio or Linkerd.
Experience in hardening, vulnerabilities, and container security.
Backup and recovery of Kubernetes platforms.
CKA, CKAD, CKS or equivalent certifications.
Sufficient English to work with technical documentation and participate in meetings.

The role

We are looking for a Kubernetes Administrator – DevOps with hands-on experience in administering Kubernetes platforms and container technologies. The selected person will participate in the operation, evolution, and improvement of platforms, combining administration, automation, monitoring, and incident resolution tasks.

What you'll do

Management of incidents, requests, and changes.
Configuration management and platform availability.
Capacity, continuity, and security management.
Participation in technological evolution projects.
Design and evolution of architectures.
Definition of platform strategies.
Technological monitoring and analysis of new market solutions.
Automation and continuous improvement of operation processes.

How you'll work

The position requires 24x7 remote support through shifts:

🇪🇸 Spain: 7:00 – 15:00 h.
🇬🇧 UK: 8:00 – 19:00 h.
🇺🇸 USA: 14:30 – 22:00 h.
SPW split shift: 10:00 – 19:00 h.

Intensive and rotating shifts will be negotiated with team managers.
