• Demonstrable experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC and Flows).

We are looking for a Team Lead Salesforce with an analytical mindset and solid technical experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be a key piece in the design, development, and evolution of our platforms, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and highly maintainable technical solutions under the best practices of the ecosystem.

• Core Technical Development: program and implement custom solutions on the platform using object-oriented programming with Apex, modern interface components with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and powerful declarative automations via Flows.
• Modeling and Architecture: apply efficient data models and structure configurable and reusable solutions through the advanced use of Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings, avoiding hardcoding and ensuring scalability.
• Templates, Email Alerts and custom logic via Apex Messaging.
• Systems Integration: Connect Salesforce with external platforms and applications through the development and consumption of web services based on REST and SOAP APIs.
• Asynchronous Process Optimization: Guarantee optimal platform performance and compliance with Salesforce limits (governor limits) through the correct implementation of asynchronous processes (Queueable, Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex).
• Analysis and Technical Consulting: participate in the analysis of functional requirements transferred by the business team.
• Quality and Deployment: Ensure software quality by writing unit tests (test classes) with high coverage, applying development best practices, and actively participating in deployment cycles across different environments (sandboxes).
