Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 5 and 10 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
Experience in Salesforce projects within the financial sector or highly regulated industries. Experience in banking and Asset Management will be especially valued.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Mobile, and Einstein Analytics.
Experience with AppExchange packages such as APTTUS and GEOPOINTE.
Proficiency in technologies and tools of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- SOQL.
- Lightning Components and Visualforce.
- Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
- JavaScript and Java.
- JSON and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with development, version control, and deployment tools such as IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Change Sets, and Data Loader.
Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical solutions and components.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive profile, with good problem-solving skills and autonomy to get involved in different development phases.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and optimize workflows, maintaining a critical judgment regarding their use and the results obtained.

The role

At Q-Tech, we are looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the team of a leading international asset management and investment solutions firm with a global presence.

The selected person will join the Salesforce Program Development team, participating in the development and evolution of a strategic platform for the company, used in areas such as CRM, customer relationship management (KYC), and compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID and GDPR.

This is an opportunity to join a demanding technological environment within the financial sector, working on high-impact projects and collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

What you'll do

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and define technical expectations for various projects.
Design and develop technical solutions within a hybrid development environment based on Agile methodologies.
Work alongside the development team in the implementation and integration of new components and metadata in Salesforce, following internal development and deployment processes (SDLC).
Develop new components and functionalities, as well as maintain and evolve existing ones.
Provide support to production environments, participating in implementations and incident resolution.
Identify technical problems and propose efficient solutions, collaborating with the different teams involved.
Apply artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, optimize processes, and solve business problems, ensuring the responsible use of data and these technologies.
