The role

A leading company in the transport sector, located in Castellanos de Moriscos (Salamanca), is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to reinforce its operations department. An ideal opportunity for those seeking stability, growth, and a dynamic professional environment.

What you'll do

Main duties

Use and management of the company's internal software.

Assignment of daily routes to delivery drivers.

Monitoring of deliveries, control of shipments, and resolution of incidents.

Direct communication with the delivery team.

Updating logistical data in the system.

General administrative tasks derived from the department.

How you'll work

Monday to Friday

Schedule from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:30

Immediate start

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative positions (valuable in transport or logistics).

Knowledge of office automation and fluency in digital environments.

Organized, proactive person with communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and adaptation to an operational environment.
