Host - Lifeguard

• Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension for another 3 months.
• Possibility of subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff.
• 30-hour work week with the possibility of increase depending on service needs.
• Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday within the 09:00 to 22:00 time slot.
• Workplace located in Madrid.
• Salary of €10.40/hour according to the collective agreement.

At Adecco, we are looking for a Host - Lifeguard to join a renowned center specialized in wellness and customer service located in Madrid.

You will be the person in charge of receiving and accompanying customers during their experience at the center, offering close and professional attention, managing reservations, and advising on the different services and products available.

• Reception and welcoming of the center's customers.
• Explanation of the available services and products.
• Reservation management: creation, modifications, and cancellations.
• Inventory management of massages and services available for sale.
• Advising and selling wellness products.
• Attention and resolution of customer inquiries.
