What will you do? - Commercial customer service and advice.

- Administrative management related to the commercial process.

- Acquisition and retention of new customers.

- Follow-up and maintenance of the existing portfolio.

· Commercial activity focused on realistic goals.

- Representation of the entity with a close, professional, and empathetic approach.

What are we looking for? - Spanish - French - Catalan.

- MIFID, LCCI, and Insurance certifications (if any are missing, commitment to obtain them during the hiring process).

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-15:30 h - Full-time (approx. 40 h/week).

Buscamos un/a Agente Comercial para la oficina ubicada en Gerona, con FRANCÉS, En La Jonquera, con ganas de aportar, crecer y formar parte de un proyecto con futuro.

¿Qué harás?· Atención y asesoramiento comercial a clientes.

· Gestión administrativo/a vinculada al proceso comercial.

· Captación y fidelización de nuevos clientes.

· Seguimiento y mantenimiento de la cartera existente.

· Actividad comercial orientada a objetivos realistas.

· Representación de la entidad con un trato cercano, profesional y empático.

¿Qué buscamos?· Español- Francés- Catalán.

· Acreditaciones MIFID, LCCI y Seguros (si falta alguna, compromiso de obtenerla durante la contratación).

· Experiencia mínima de 2 año en funciones comerciales en banca, seguros, gestorías o entornos similares.

· Perfil resolutivo, con capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

· Profesional empático/a, con don de gentes, cercanía, humildad y baja orientación al ego.

· Actitud proactiva, positiva y con ganas de aprender.

· Formación: Diplomatura / Grado en ADE, Derecho o áreas relacionadas. o CFGS

¿Qué ofrecemos?· Contrato indefinido, con 2 meses de período de prueba.

· Salario fijo + Variable adicional: incentivos trimestrales por cumplimiento de objetivos y cierre de ventas.

· Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 08:0015:30 h· Jornada completa (aprox. 40 h/semana).
