-Experience in customer service.

-Keyboard agility is essential, reading comprehension proven through testing.

-Availability to complete 5 days of in-person training prior to joining (unpaid)

What you'll get

-Initial two-month contract with real possibility of renewal. You will start with 30.5 hours per week, morning or afternoon shifts.

-Competitive salary: €9.72/h. Additionally, you can increase your base salary by more than 30% thanks to commercial incentives. We reward you from your very first sale.

-Morning shift from 10:00 to 16:00 or afternoon shift from 16:00 to 22:00.

- Receiving calls and managing chats from interested customers.

- Making calls to provide information about products/services.

- Consultative selling with a focus on the customer experience.
