A service sector company in Madrid is looking to hire a Gardening Construction Assistant to collaborate in the execution of works for the creation and conditioning of green areas. You will work alongside a specialized team, participating in different phases of projects and gaining experience in a dynamic and professional environment.

What you'll do

Duties

Among the tasks you will perform are:

Support for skilled tradespeople and supervisors in the execution of gardening works.

Preparation and conditioning of terrain for planting and construction works.

Digging out, digging, weeding, and basic leveling of terrain.

Loading, unloading, and transporting plants, soil, materials, and tools.

Collaboration in the planting of trees, shrubs, and other plant species.

Support in the installation of irrigation systems and gardening elements.

Handling of manual tools and auxiliary machinery such as brushcutters, blowers, or chainsaws.

Driving of auxiliary machinery and support vehicles, such as a dumper, when necessary.

Collection of plant waste and cleaning of work areas.

Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
