What you'll get

The role

What tasks will you perform?

- Proactively interact with customers visiting the store or attending events to identify potential leads.

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, responding to their questions and objections, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

- Effectively manage and organize customer data, maintaining accuracy and integrity within CRM systems. Regularly update customer profiles with relevant information obtained during interactions.

- Assist in the delivery process, which includes accompanying customers to their vehicle and providing a final departure experience.

- Provide customers with product orientation, highlighting key features and guiding them on how to handle the vehicle and use its various functions before they drive away in their new car.

Requirements

- That you have previous experience in customer service.

- That you hold a Category B driver's license and have experience driving cars.

- That you have availability to work from Wednesday to Saturday.

Intermediate English (a plus)
