What you'll get

Temporary contract of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of initially making a 1-month contract and a subsequent extension.
Salary: €22,000 gross per year.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Working hours from Monday to Friday, with entry between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. and exit at 7:00 p.m., with 1 or 2 hours of break at midday.
Joining a team in the Commercial Department.
Workplace: Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona).

The role

What you'll do

Managing changes and returns, logging incidents in the CRM and following up on them.
Managing and resolving incidents related to transport.
Handling claims for damaged goods and contacting manufacturers.
Correcting invoices due to price changes, applicant or recipient details, VAT, etc.
Making cross-selling sales.
Managing incidents related to customer non-payments in coordination with the Accounting Department.
Answering phone calls and resolving customer queries.

Job description

From Grupo Crit we are selecting a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join the Commercial Department of a company located in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). We are looking for a person with experience in customer service, incident management, and administrative tasks, with good command of Spanish and Catalan.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service and dealing with clients.
Knowledge of the sector will be valued.
