Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Naval and Ocean Engineering.

More than 4 years of technical experience working with four-stroke diesel engines.

English level C1 with accredited certification.

Observations: Knowledge of FEM methods, structural analysis, and fatigue analysis will be especially valued.

Experience in the management and support of engineering projects from the design phase to delivery, development of analyses for preventive and predictive maintenance, preparation of logistics documentation, operation analysis, and root cause failure studies.

A leading organization in the field of engineering and shipbuilding, involved in strategic projects of high technological value and international projection, is selecting a Senior Engineer to join its technical team. The position offers the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary environments, contributing to the development, integration, and delivery of complex systems, within an organization committed to excellence, innovation, and the professional development of its staff.

What you'll do

The selected person will join the Engineering area, actively participating in the development and management of highly complex technical projects. Their main functions include:

Participation in the Conceptual, Basic, Preliminary, and Detailed Engineering phases.
Preparation of technical specifications for parts, mechanical and electrical equipment, and control systems.
Performance of technical analyses and calculations (motions, natural frequencies, structural analysis, finite element methods, among others).
Development of Detailed Engineering.
Updating, distribution, archiving, and maintenance of the project's technical documentation.
Participation in providing technical support to the Commercial and Production areas, as well as to Shipyards.
Management of the technical interface with licensors and technological collaborators.
Preparation and control of project documentation.
Management of product and project configuration.
Management and follow-up of quality notices.
Material coding and document management on the corporate server.
Development of generation group integration projects.
