Construction Operator (M/F/X)

Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 14:00; 14:00 to 22:00; 22:00 to 06:00.

Salary according to collective agreement: €11.22 gross/hour.

Full-time contract (40 hours per week).

Initial temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent staff.

We are looking for committed and energetic staff to join a dynamic team in Puertollano, where you will play a key role in the production process as a worker.

Your tasks will include

- Operating machinery and specific tools in the production area.

- Supervising manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Performing basic maintenance tasks on the equipment and tools used.

- Collaborating with the team to optimize processes and meet established objectives.

- Keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Reporting any incidents or problems in the production process.

- Preparing molds and elements necessary for production.

- Assisting with the placement, assembly, and adjustment of passive and active reinforcements.

- Performing cleaning, polishing, and finishing tasks on manufactured parts.

- Handling heavy materials using an overhead crane.

- Participating in post-production tasks and final product inspection.
