The role

We are looking for people to join as industrial workers in a company in Boiro. Join a dynamic and committed team in the plastics sector!

What you'll do

Demolding parts from molds with precision and care.
Injecting material into molds and supervising the curing process.
Identifying and correcting defects in finished parts, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Packaging products, ensuring they are ready for transport and distribution.
Participating in cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery.
Collaborating with the team to ensure production goals are met.
Performing visual quality checks on parts to detect possible defects.
Follow the safety and hygiene regulations established by the company.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements,

Previous experience as an industrial worker or in a similar role.

Ability to work rotating shifts and availability to adapt to set schedules.

Ability to perform manual tasks with attention to detail.

Commitment to quality and safety in the work environment.

Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation will be positively valued.
