The role

At Grupo Adecco, we are selecting Production Operators for the automotive sector who do NOT have previous experience. We are only looking for people with attitude, a desire to learn, and motivation to start a new professional project.

What you'll do

- Assembly and handling of components on the production line.

- Inspection and quality control of finished parts.

- Application of safety standards, quality, and the company's internal procedures.

Requirements

- Essential: no previous experience in automotive sector production lines.

- Availability for immediate start and to work in shifts of: morning and afternoon (rotating), night, and weekends.

- Own vehicle to be able to commute to the workplace.

- Responsible, committed person, with attention to detail and a clear orientation towards quality.
