Recycling Worker

We are looking for two passionate, hardworking people eager to learn to fill the position of recycling laborer in a company located in Quer, Guadalajara. What will you do in your day-to-day?

In this position, you will play a key role in the recycling process and waste management. Your main functions include the handling, separation, and sorting of different types of waste, as well as the loading and unloading of materials. You will also participate in auxiliary tasks within the warehouse and the recycling plant, contributing to the correct functioning of daily operations. Additionally, you will collaborate in the cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas, support the organization and storage of recycled materials, and be in contact with industrial machinery, always following established safety and quality standards.

Requirements
If you have previous experience in industrial environments or waste management, it will be a great plus in your favor! However, the most important thing is your positive attitude, your ability to work in a team, and your willingness to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

You have availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
You are available for immediate start.
You have physical stamina, as the work may involve moderate effort.
We especially value if you have previous experience in a similar position or in the industrial sector.
