The role

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key piece in ensuring that every customer has a unique experience during their visit. Tasks include helping with product restocking to keep shelves always full and organized, working at the checkout with a smile so every customer feels welcome, maintaining order and cleanliness of the facilities to provide a pleasant space, baking bread and pastries so there are always fresh and delicious products, and providing personalized service that makes a difference in every interaction.

- Cash register handling to process purchases efficiently and accurately.

- Control of expiration dates and product rotation to ensure freshness.

- Collaboration with the team to guarantee the smooth running of the store.

How you'll work

The schedule is organized on a rotating basis, covering intensive shifts that can run from store opening at 6:00 a.m. to closing at 10:30 p.m. This means you will have rotating days off to enjoy your personal time.

What are we looking for?

Among the duties you will perform in this role are:

To join the team, we are looking for people who meet the following requirements:

- Positive attitude, responsibility, and a desire to learn.

- Availability to work rotating shifts and cover schedules that may vary between 6:00 h and 22:30 h.

- Ability to perform varied tasks and adapt to day-to-day needs.

- Having a driver's license is valued.

- Ability to work in a team and maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues and customers.

- Capacity to maintain a professional focus even during periods of high activity.

- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable, although not essential.
