Engineering Technician Palencia Capital

An important company in the agri-food sector located in Palencia is looking to hire an Engineering Technician to provide support to the Technical Department in the daily management of maintenance, safety, technical documentation and coordination of suppliers.

The selected person will actively participate in monitoring work and inspections, ensuring compliance with the safety, quality and deadline standards established by the company.

Main duties

>Carrying out safety inspections in facilities and work areas.

>Monitoring and control of works, maintenance and tasks carried out by external companies.

>Coordination and supervision of suppliers and contractors.

• Ensuring the execution of inspections and corrective actions within the established deadlines.
  >Support in the control and monitoring of the department's budget.
  >Management and validation of invoices, delivery notes and supplier quotations.
  >Administrative management using the CMMS system (PRISMA or other similar platforms).
  >Filing and maintenance of technical documentation, drawings and records.

• Administrative and technical support to the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
  >Collaboration in compliance with Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention procedures.

  Requirements
  Technical education: Engineering, Technical Architecture, Higher Degree in the industrial field, maintenance or similar.
  Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
  Experience or knowledge of CMMS systems.
  Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
  Training as a Preventive Resource will be valued.
  Organisational, planning and task monitoring skills.
  Proactivity and a team-oriented approach.

  Experience in technical document management and supplier coordination.

Importante empresa del sector agroalimentario ubicada en Palencia busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Ingeniaría, para dar apoyo al Departamento Técnico en la gestión diaria de mantenimiento, seguridad, documentación técnica y coordinación de proveedores/as.

La persona seleccionada participará activamente en el seguimiento de trabajos e inspecciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y plazos establecidos por la compañía.

Funciones principales

>Realización de inspecciones de seguridad en instalaciones y áreas de trabajo.

>Seguimiento y control de obras, mantenimientos y trabajos realizados por empresas externas.

>Coordinación y supervisión de proveedores/as y contratas.

• Garantizar la ejecución de inspecciones y acciones correctivas dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  >Apoyo en el control y seguimiento del presupuesto del departamento.
  >Gestión y validación de facturas, albaranes y ofertas de proveedores/as.
  >Gestión administrativo/a mediante sistema GMAO (PRISMA u otras plataformas similares).
  >Archivo y mantenimiento de documentación técnica, planos y registros.

• Soporte administrativo/a y técnico/a al Departamento de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento.
  >Colaboración en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

  Requisitos
  Formación técnica: Ingeniería, Arquitectura Técnico/a, Grado Superior en rama industrial, mantenimiento o similar.
  Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
  Experiencia o conocimientos en sistemas GMAO.
  Conocimiento de normativa de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
  Valorable formación como Recurso Preventivo.
  Capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento de tareas.
  Proactividad y orientación al trabajo en equipo.
  
  Se valorará
  Experiencia previa en entorno industrial, preferiblemente agroalimentario.
  Conocimientos de mantenimiento industrial.
  Experiencia en gestión documental técnico/a y coordinación de proveedores/as.
  Capacidad de análisis y control de costes.
