What you'll get

Permanent contract directly with the company.

Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:00h.

At Adecco, we are collaborating with a major company in the consulting and business services sector to search for a Recruitment Technician to join their Human Resources team in El Prat de Llobregat.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized person with a vocation for HR, who wants to participate actively in attracting and selecting the best talent for the organization.

What you'll do

End-to-end management of selection processes.
Definition of profiles together with department managers.
Posting and management of job offers on different platforms.
CV screening and active searching for candidates.
Conducting telephone, online, and in-person interviews.
Application of testing and assessment tools.
Follow-up and support of candidates throughout the entire process.
Management and updating of the corporate ATS.
Participation in employer branding initiatives and talent projects.

Requirements

Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel selection.
Ability to manage selection processes from start to finish.
Communication, organization, and results-oriented skills.
Proactive, empathetic person with an interest in developing within the Talent Acquisition area.
Residency in El Prat de Llobregat, Sant Boi de Llobregat, or nearby towns is valued.
