Social Worker 10h/week | 2 mornings

You will manage resident admissions and discharges.

You will attend to, inform, and support residents and their families.

You will manage and follow up on procedures with Social Services and other agencies.

You will be in charge of document management and resident files.

You will collaborate directly with Management on the social management and follow-up of users.

You will work only 10 hours per week, split into 2 mornings of 5 hours:

One morning will always be from Monday to Friday.

You choose the second one: it can be another weekday morning, Saturday, or Sunday.

Realizarás la gestión de altas y bajas de residentes.

Atenderás, informarás y acompañarás a residentes y familiares.

Gestionarás y realizarás el seguimiento de trámites con Servicios Sociales y otros organismos.

Te encargarás de la gestión documental y de los expedientes de los residentes.

Colaborarás directamente con Dirección en la gestión y seguimiento social de los usuarios.

Trabajarás únicamente 10 horas semanales, repartidas en 2 mañanas de 5 horas:

Una mañana será siempre de lunes a viernes.

La segunda la eliges tú: puede ser otra mañana entre semana, sábado o domingo.
