The role

Are you looking for a stable night shift job, quiet and with a social purpose?

At Adecco, we are collaborating with a leading private entity in the socio-sanitary field, specializing in youth care, to search for a night security guard to guarantee the supervision and correct functioning of the center during the night.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety, rest, and compliance with the rules during the night shift:

Perform periodic supervision rounds throughout the center.
Ensure that the young people are resting properly.
Detect and report any relevant incidents.
Record nighttime activity in the internal system.
Provide occasional support with basic routines if necessary.
