Sales Assistant

We are looking to hire a salesperson for 20 hours per week for one of our points of sale located in Bilbao on a temporary basis to cover medical leave.

-Offer a differential sales experience to our customers by introducing them to the philosophy and culture of the firm in order to achieve an impulse in effective sales and loyalty.

-Meet the established individual sales objectives (conversion, upt, average ticket) and satisfy service quality standards.

-Drive the acquisition of potential customers, thereby improving the conversion rate.

-Convey the essence and qualities of the products we sell, providing technical, professional argumentation in accordance with our values.

-Help customers in creating the total look.

-Guide and accompany the customer through all phases of the sales process, including post-sales follow-up and loyalty.

-Ensure that customers join the Experience loyalty club by explaining all the advantages they would benefit from as a club member.

-Be an ambassador for the firm, succeeding in converting potential customers into loyal followers.

-Maintain an adequate visual presentation of the merchandise on furniture, clothing racks, shelves, walls, trays, mannequins, drawers, and tables, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the store.

-Check that the merchandise is correctly labeled, alarmed, and profiled, and ensure the warehouse is kept organized according to the brand standards.

-Collaborate in transfer, ordering, return, and merchandise exchange activities.

-Carry out cash register functions if required.

-Preserve their image and personal care under the brand's style standards, respecting their uniform.
