We are looking for an Account Manager to manage civil works, structure, and architecture projects in the industrial sector. The person will lead the technical side, coordinating the team to ensure quality, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. They will also be responsible for identifying deviations, changes, or key interfaces in the project in a timely manner.

- Education in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in structures, or similar.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination or leadership of civil works, structures, or architecture.

- Experience in industrial projects (oil, energy, biogas plants, hydrogen, fertilizers, etc.).

- Knowledge of reviewing drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

- Intermediate or advanced English.

- Knowledge of structural design and calculation, foundations, and buried networks, as well as Spanish, European, and international regulations.

- Use of calculation software and BIM/3D models.

- Liderar técnicamente su disciplina, informando al Jefe de Proyecto y al Jefe del Departamento.

- Controlar el uso de horas, plazos, calidad y cumplimiento de requisitos.

- Revisar, coordinar y aprobar documentación técnica de Obra Civil, asegurando calidad y orden hasta finalizar.

- Coordinar Civil, Estructuras y Arquitectura con otras áreas, identificando interfaces, dependencias y riesgos.

- Participar en ofertas, negociaciones, planes de calidad y criterios técnicos cuando sea necesario.

- Supervisar mediciones y estimaciones para controlar costos y seguimiento económico.

- Apoyar en obra con consultas técnicas, visitas y documentación final "as built".

Buscamos un/a Responsable de cuenta para gestionar proyectos de Obra Civil, Estructura y Arquitectura en el sector industrial. La persona liderará la parte técnica, coordinando al equipo para garantizar la calidad, cumplir plazos y presupuesto. También deberá detectar desviaciones, cambios o interfaces importantes en el proyecto a tiempo.

- Formación en Ingeniería Civil, Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad en estructuras, o similar.

- Mínimo 5 años en coordinación o liderazgo en obras civiles, estructuras o arquitectura.

- Experiencia en proyectos industriales (petróleo, energía, plantas de biogás, hidrógeno, fertilizantes, etc.).

- Conocimiento en revisión de planos, cálculos y documentación técnica.

- Inglés medio o alto.

- Conocimientos en diseño y cálculo de estructuras, cimentaciones y redes enterradas, normativa española, europea e internacional.

- Uso de software de cálculo y modelos BIM/3D.
