International EPC Water Project Manager

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international water and sanitation projects.

• Demonstrable experience in EPC contracts.

• Experience managing several international projects simultaneously.

• Solid knowledge of economic-financial control, planning, and contractual management.

• High level of Spanish and English.

• Availability for frequent international travel.

• Residence or availability to be located in Madrid, Lima, Santo Domingo, or Panama City.

• Experience in projects with budgets exceeding 90 million USD.

We are looking for an International EPC Water Project Manager Engineer to join a company specialized in the development and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. The selected person will lead the comprehensive management of international water and sanitation projects under the EPC modality, ensuring the fulfillment of technical, economic, and contractual objectives.

• Supervise the comprehensive execution of international water and sanitation EPC projects.

• Coordinate and provide support to Project Directors, Project Managers, and local teams in different countries.

• Manage relationships with institutional clients, strategic partners, and involved organizations.

• Lead the economic and financial monitoring of projects, including budgets, forecast, cash flow, certifications, and profitability.

• Analyze deviations and define corrective actions to ensure the fulfillment of objectives.

• Supervise the contractual management of projects, including claims, change orders, and negotiation of addenda.

• Coordinate procurement, contracting, and subcontractor management strategies.

• Prepare executive reports for Management and participate in the definition of business strategies.

• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Simultaneously manage several large-scale international projects.
