Tendering and Bidding Technician

ACCIONA, in its Service division, is selecting a Tendering and Bidding Technician to join the Central Delegation team.

Mission:
Collaborate and support the projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with the guidelines given by your manager, in order to execute the tasks delegated to you to meet the project's needs.

They are responsible for the preparation of the offers that the company presents to its clients. They determine the price and the timeframe in which the work must be performed, aspects that become contractual in nature and bind the company throughout the entire execution of the work until its liquidation. They must immediately become aware of all tenders released to the market within the company's field of activity and select the competitions to bid on.

- Study the service project to be tendered, performing a detailed analysis of the specifications and other technical documentation (Solvency, Authorizations, Administration).
- Contact subcontractors and suppliers to obtain offers and prepare the project budget.
- Prepare the necessary technical documentation (reports, plans, ranges) for the tender, as well as coordinate with administrative staff the preparation of the rest of the documentation to be submitted.
- Visit, when necessary, the facilities where a service is to be executed, for the purpose of gathering information that can be incorporated into the project.
- Carry out commercial contacts when required.
- Know and comply with the Quality, Prevention, and Environment Management System, as well as the specifics of your trade and workstation.
- Knowledge and updating of the tender management databases and applications required at any given time.

ACCIONA, en su división de Service, selecciona un/a Técnico/a de ofertas y licitaciones para unirse al equipo de la Delegación Centro.

Misión:
Colaborar y apoyar en los proyectos llevados a cabo por su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices dadas por su responsable, a fin de ejecutar las tareas que se le deleguen para cumplir con las necesidades del proyecto.

Son responsables de la preparación de las ofertas que la empresa presenta a sus clientes. Determinan el precio y el plazo en que se deberá realizar el trabajo, aspectos que pasan a tener carácter contractual y obligan a la empresa durante toda la ejecución de los trabajos hasta su liquidación. Debe conocer de inmediato todas las licitaciones que salen al mercado dentro del campo de actividad de la empresa y seleccionar los concursos a ofertar.

- Estudiar el proyecto del servicio a licitar, analizando pormenorizadamente los pliegos de condiciones y demás documentación técnica (Solvencia, Habilitaciones, Administración).
- Contactar con subcontratistas y proveedores para conseguir ofertas y confeccionar el presupuesto del proyecto.
- Elaborar la documentación técnica necesaria (memorias, planos, gamas) para la licitación, así como coordinar con el personal administrativo la preparación del resto de la documentación a presentar.
- Visitar, cuando sea necesario, las instalaciones donde se va a ejecutar un servicio, con la finalidad de recabar información que pueda ser plasmada en el proyecto.
- Llevar a cabo contactos comerciales cuando sea requerido para ello.
- Conocer y cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, Prevención y Medio Ambiente, así como los específicos de su oficio y puesto de trabajo.
- Conocimiento y actualización de las bases de datos y aplicativos de gestión de licitaciones que en cada momento se precise.
