We are looking for a professional to manage and lead a team of multidisciplinary designers, with the ability to work effectively across several projects simultaneously, fostering a passion for excellence in design and project delivery within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
The role will provide creative direction and guidance to the team, developing its members and supporting team leaders. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the design and management of railway projects, a proven track record of client interaction in this sector, and the drive to support the growth of this business line, working closely with the sector lead on its development.
This Senior Railway Architect should have extensive experience in the development and management of large-scale, highly complex transportation and infrastructure projects, both in Spain and internationally. They will help develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients to generate new and recurring business opportunities. As an innovative leader, they will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a solutions-oriented approach, the development of creative strategies, and sustainable design, as well as an understanding of the business and financial implications of projects.
