Education & certifications

Degree and/or Master's in Architecture, or Degree in Technical Architecture / Building (with competencies for project drafting).

The role

Our client is looking to hire a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset, solid experience in project design and conception, and a passion for construction excellence.

If you are motivated by leading the integral development of building projects and ensuring compliance with the highest technical, regulatory, and design standards, we want to meet you. We require around 5 years of experience in similar positions.

What you'll do

Project Drafting: Complete technical development of building projects (from basic phases to execution projects), strictly complying with current urban planning and technical regulations.
Calculation and Technical Definition: Calculation of structures and installations, development of reports, annexes, and specifications.
Economic Management: Preparation of detailed measurements, price schedules, and complete budgets for projects.
Coordination and Site Support: Technical support to the project management team and resolution of construction details during the execution phase.

How you'll work

Full-time contract.
Flexible working modality.
Schedule from 07:00 to 15:00.

Knowledge of the following is required

Technical regulations applicable to building (Technical Building Code and urban planning).
Advanced design and drafting tools (AutoCAD).
Measurement and budgeting software (Presto) and advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of will be valued

BIM methodology and modeling tools.
Structural and installation calculation software.
Time planning tools (Microsoft Project).
