What you'll do

Efficiently and accurately manage processes related to labor administration: preparation of payroll, social security, labor contracts, and other legal obligations, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and offering support to the rest of the organization.

Preparation and review of monthly payroll, extra payments, settlements, and arrears.
Management of labor contracts: registrations, terminations, extensions, modifications.
Communication of movements through the RED System (Social Security) and Contrat@.
Calculation and settlement of social security (Siltra).
Management of incidents (sick leave, maternity/paternity, leaves of absence, absences, etc.).
Handling of inquiries regarding labor and payroll matters.
Preparation of documentation for inspections, audits, or official requirements.
Updating and filing of labor records.
Monitoring of applicable collective agreements and current labor regulations.
