Senior Zoho Technical and Functional Consultant

• Minimum 4 years of knowledge and experience in Zoho CRM, other Zoho apps, or other similar platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.:

• Advanced knowledge and demonstrable experience in programming, preferably in Deluge (Zoho) or other technologies such as Javascript

• Standard configuration of Zoho apps

• Custom configurations: blueprints, workflows, field configuration, templates, etc.

• Ability to write technical and/or functional designs and bespoke solutions

• Experience defining and implementing automated customer journeys and other types of automation

• Connecting Zoho with other tools using the Marketplace or other platforms

• Customer Orientation: understanding their needs, business model, and processes, and proposing improvements

• Passionate about technology and a great desire to keep learning

• Handling office software with an advanced level

Will be valued (Secondary) 

• Knowledge and experience in Zoho Campaigns, Forms, Analytics and/or Creator will be valued

• Basic level development with Web technologies such as  HTML, CSS, and Javascript

• Having worked with APIs

• Zoho CRM Administrator certifications or other Zoho certifications

• Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager

• Intermediate level of spoken, read, and written English

At Reinicia we are growing with new projects and cool Clients, and we need someone with technical and functional knowledge for the CRM and ERP Consulting area using Zoho with a minimum of 4 years of experience on this platform.

It is necessary to have business and technology knowledge, to be very organized and detail-oriented, with initiative, capacity for learning, and autonomy to provide value. You will work under the direct dependency of Reinicia's Technical and Functional Product Owner and will coordinate with a multitude of marketing, CRM / ERP, and technology profiles.

You must have knowledge regarding the different areas of the company, business management processes, especially in the marketing, commercial, and administration areas.

Of course, you must be a person accustomed to using management and office software tools, as you will have to learn those we use at Reinicia.

It is also required to be autonomous, responsible at work, write well, be cheerful, creative, and above all positive, always seeking solutions to the problems that arise and lending a hand when needed. In general, it is necessary that you have the desire to learn every day.

We will positively value being sufficiently analytical to be able to extract conclusions from the generated documentation and existing processes to propose improvement points in the Clients' processes.

Finally, to warn you that we work with agile methodologies, so you will have to adapt to a new way of working if you are not used to it, but believe us, it's worth it!

Schedule 

• Immediate start in June 2025

• 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday

 Conditions 

• Permanent contract

• Gross annual salary: between €30,000 and €34,000 + Training allowance starting from the second year

• On-site workday during the first year. Hybrid from the second year and possibility of full remote work for a large part of the summer starting from 18 months
