Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in production or industrial environments
- Experience in process improvement and operational optimization
- Experience in project management is valued
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and data analysis is valued
- Ability to work with process indicators and data analysis.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel and analysis tools).
- Analytical capacity, results orientation, and continuous improvement.

The role
Currently, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Continuous Improvement) to join our team.
What you'll do
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
- Define, standardize, and document work procedures and production processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring the real impact of actions
- Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the different production teams and centers, detecting optimization opportunities
- Participate in the implementation of new processes, technologies, and productive improvements.
- Support the resolution of process incidents and in root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure the execution, deadlines, and impact of initiatives
- Define, plan, and execute projects by coordinating tasks and teams while assuming a leadership role.
