What we're looking for
- Degree in Marketing, Marketing and Sales Management, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, or related degrees.
- High level of Spanish and English (minimum B2).

The role

In the context of a process of solid growth and expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Junior Specialist - Maternity Leave to join the Agromillora Group and support our business, joining a multicultural company at the forefront of its sector. Joining the marketing and communications department, the position will be located at our headquarters in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Barcelona.
Job mission: to provide support to the global Communication and Marketing area in the execution of external communication projects, digital marketing, content generation, and brand management. The selected person will collaborate on corporate initiatives at an international level, contributing to improving the visibility, positioning, and reputation of the company across different communication channels.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of the corporate digital marketing plan and coordination with international subsidiaries.
- Participate in inbound marketing campaigns, lead generation, email marketing, and automation (HubSpot), monitoring results and proposing improvements.
- Create, adapt, and manage content for corporate channels: web, blog, newsletters, social media, and internal communication.
- Collaborate in the preparation of communication and marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, brochures, videos, and other media).
- Manage the editorial calendar and energize communities on corporate social networks.
- Support subsidiaries in the adaptation and dissemination of local content.
- Participate in global communication campaigns, collaborating with agencies and external providers.
- Participate in the organization of corporate events, fairs, and national and international technical conferences.
- Coordinate promotional materials, merchandising, and communication media for events.
