Advanced Manufacturing Project Manager

• Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or equivalent degrees (Master's or Higher Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management, advanced manufacturing, automation, or industrial transformation.
• Knowledge of technologies associated with Industry 4.0/5.0, automation, robotics, industrial digitalization, and production process improvement.
• Experience in project management, client interfacing, and business development in industrial environments.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop value propositions, and lead projects from definition to implementation.
• High level of English and Basque.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

• Knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, robotics, traceability, and industrial communications) will be valued, without requiring direct dedication to equipment operation.

AIC - Automotive Intelligence Center is looking to hire an Advanced Manufacturing Project Manager to join the Automotive Smart Factory (ASF) team, one of AIC's competence centers specializing in the development, validation, and implementation of Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 5.0 solutions.

The selected person will be responsible for driving the development of innovation and industrial transformation projects alongside companies in the sector, identifying collaboration opportunities, defining solutions adapted to customer needs, and leading their execution. They will work closely with the ASF technical team to maximize the impact of the center's capabilities and contribute to its technological and business growth.

• Analyze company needs and design solutions by leveraging the technological capabilities of the Automotive Smart Factory.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and actively participate in the acquisition and development of new projects, maintaining a close relationship with clients, companies, and ecosystem agents.
• Manage the scope, planning, resources, and monitoring of projects, ensuring the fulfillment of technical, economic, and deadline objectives.
• Drive the technological evolution of the ASF by identifying new capabilities, lines of action, and innovation projects.
• Participate in the preparation of technical-economic proposals, R&D projects, and regional, national, and international funding programs.
• Provide specialized training in Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 5.0, as well as participate in technical workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.
