About the role

At Air Europa, we are hiring Instructors (TMAs or Aeronautical Engineers) for our base in Madrid, a key role to transform technical experience into operational knowledge within a high-level aeronautical environment. An opportunity designed for professionals who want to take a step beyond maintenance: from executing to training, influencing, and raising the technical standard of an entire operation.

This is a role where your experience becomes a reference for other technicians and a direct lever for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Additionally, this year we are introducing significant improvements that recognize your experience, your type rating (if you have it), and your role in the preparation and development of future technicians.

What you'll do

  1. You will transmit technical knowledge to aeronautical maintenance teams, both in theoretical environments and real situations in the hangar.
  2. You will accompany and supervise the execution of complex tasks, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  3. You will participate in the detection of training needs and in the continuous improvement of contents and procedures.
  4. You will contribute to standardizing processes and raising operational quality at the base.
  5. You will act as a technical reference for other TMAs, supporting the resolution of incidents and operational doubts.

What we're looking for

  • Experience of at least 3 years in aeronautical maintenance. (Maintenance technicians with LMA license, or Aeronautical Engineering)

Nice to have

  • Type rating in any aircraft will be valued.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.

What you'll get

  • Morning intensive schedule that will help you balance with your personal life: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • From technical execution to a role where your experience directly influences how other maintenance professionals work.
  • State-of-the-art aircraft, advanced tasks, and real situations that keep your technical profile active and constantly evolving.
  • Updated documentation, tools, and operational support that allow you to work with rigor and quality.
  • Access to flight benefits with Air Europa and associated airlines.
  • A clear work framework, with defined processes and a culture oriented towards quality and safety.

Your impact is not measured only in what you do, but in what other technicians learn from you and apply every day to the fleet.

You'll most likely need Spanish to apply. This job was automatically translated to English, .
