You will succeed in this role if you have

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, MarTech, or digital product environments.
  • Experience in functional analysis and technology project management.
  • Experience in implementing or managing loyalty platforms, CRM, or Customer Engagement systems.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of loyalty platforms (Comarch CLM is highly valued).
  • Integrations and APIs.
  • Functional analysis and requirements definition.
  • Functional testing and UAT.
  • Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Customer journey models and digital experience.
  • SQL knowledge and data analysis will be positively valued.
