Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in the administration of digital platforms, document management, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience designing or maintaining workflows.
Experience in managing permissions, access, versions, and documentary structures.
Participation in technological projects and coordination with different business areas.
We will especially value experience in the aeronautical, industrial, maintenance sectors, or in other regulated environments.
Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
SharePoint Online and SharePoint administration.
Technical English.

Education & certifications

Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science, System Administration, Application Development, or a similar specialty.
We will also value university training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Document Management, or related areas.
It will be an advantage to have specific training in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, document management, or automation.

The role

At Air Europa Maintenance, we are looking to incorporate a Digital Documentation Platform Specialist who will contribute to administering, improving, and evolving our documentary ecosystem. Your mission will be to ensure that technical, operational, regulatory, and corporate documentation is up-to-date, controlled, accessible, secure, and correctly tracked. You will work alongside the Digital Documentation Platform Leader and in coordination with Engineering, Quality, Production, IT, Cybersecurity, and other key areas of the organization.

What you'll do

Administer sites, libraries, lists, and documentary structures in SharePoint Online, manage permissions, groups, access profiles, metadata, taxonomies, and version control.
Ensure the correct review, approval, publication, distribution, archiving, and withdrawal of documents. Identify obsolete documentation, duplicates, inconsistencies, and potential access risks, keep inventories of repositories, documents, owners, and responsible parties up-to-date.
Participate in the functional administration of WebManuals and in the management of organizational manuals, design, maintain, and improve workflows using Power Automate.
Collaborate in the documentary treatment of airworthiness directives, Service Bulletins, and other technical publications, facilitate the traceability of documentation linked to aircraft, components, processes, and maintenance activities.
