You will be part of the

• Deliver technical training on CNS and surveillance radar systems to client technical staff.
• Develop training documentation (manuals, guides, presentations) and keep it updated as systems evolve.
• Prepare, organize, and deliver in-person and online training sessions.
• Carry out follow-up, evaluation, and technical support actions for students throughout their learning process.
• Ensure the correct configuration and adaptation of content to the involved ATM systems.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand new developments and incorporate them into training.

✅ 1-2 years of experience in creating technical documentation and/or training documentation.
✅ Intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
✅ Experience with eLearning platforms (Moodle, PALAS, or others) at an intermediate level.
✅ Functional knowledge of ATM system configuration and adaptation.
✅ Experience in developing technical documentation for clients (technical/user manuals).

, un referente internacional en el diseño y despliegue de sistemas que garantizan la seguridad y eficiencia del tránsito aéreo, incluyendo sistemas CNS, vigilancia y automatización.

• Impartir formación técnica sobre sistemas CNS y radar de vigilancia a personal técnico del cliente.
• Elaborar la documentación formativa (manuales, guías, presentaciones) y mantenerla actualizada según evolución de los sistemas.
• Preparar, organizar y ejecutar sesiones formativas presenciales y online.
• Realizar acciones de seguimiento, evaluación y apoyo técnico a los alumnos durante su proceso de aprendizaje.
• Asegurar la correcta parametrización y adaptación del contenido a los sistemas ATM implicados.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos internos para comprender nuevos desarrollos y trasladarlos a la formación.

✅ Experiencia de 1-2 años en la generación de documentación técnica y/o documentación formativa.
✅ Conocimientos de Word y PowerPoint a nivel medio.
✅ Experiencia en plataformas de eLearning (Moodle, PALAS u otras) a nivel medio.
✅ Conocimiento funcional en parametrización y adaptación de sistemas ATM.
✅ Experiencia en elaboración de documentación técnica para clientes (manuales técnicos / de usuario).
