Installation Technician (m/f)

Carrying out maintenance of industrial, laboratory, medicinal, and therapeutic gas installations at client sites, applying safety, quality, environmental, and IMS standards, and providing customer service according to Air Liquide group procedures.

Ensuring continuous supply through preventive and corrective interventions, including 24-hour service if applicable.

Executing installations for the Distribution of industrial, laboratory, and medicinal gases at client sites, both for the supply source and for the distribution elements inside hospital centers.

Supply and delivery of gases at hospital and industrial service centers.

1. OPERATE THE INSTALLATIONS ACCORDING TO CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS, OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES, DEADLINES, AND MANAGEMENT

• Optimal and safe operation of the installations to achieve defined objectives.
• Compliance with contractual requirements if applicable: Organizing, supervising, and controlling one's own work.
• Executing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the installation according to defined maintenance plans.
• Compliance with the operational procedures of the Activity.
• Proposal of corrective actions in case of detected deviations.
• Use of spare parts stock according to Activity indications.
• Diagnosis, communication, and repair of faults.
• Interacting with internal and external clients professionally and with appropriate sensitivity.
• Connection of gas containers at distribution centers and reserve supply.
• Supply and delivery of gases and liquids on-site.
• Execution of installations for supply sources (tanks, compressors, gas cylinder manifolds, etc.).
• Execution of installations for the distribution of medicinal, industrial, or laboratory gases (piping).
• Basic interventions for replacing therapeutic gas equipment and others.
• Welding work on copper and stainless steel piping, if applicable.
• Selecting containers. Preparing orders. Recording production information in the corresponding systems.
• Driving the forklift, handling cylinders, loading and unloading trucks. Performing stock counts.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND GROUP POLICIES REGARDING SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND OBJECTIVES

• Compliance with the group's internal and external regulations regarding Safety, Quality, Environment, and IMS.
• Identifying and implementing innovations and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring traceability of interventions carried out at installations according to defined policies.
• Compliance with applicable procedures for the Activity.
• Identification of improvement and efficiency initiatives in processes.
• Participation in 24-hour service, distributed in shifts, and availability for travel.
• Support to technical teams in other Activities or other geographical areas.
• Identification and communication of new business opportunities.
• Technical support to the commercial team.

• High School Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical branch) completed, plus professional experience or an equivalent Professional Certification.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Forklift license type B
• Certification as a welder

Realizar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de gases industriales, laboratorio, medicinales y terapéuticos en clientes, aplicando las normas de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente e IMS, realizando el servicio al cliente según los procedimientos del grupo Air Liquide.

Garantizar el suministro continuo de forma segura mediante intervenciones de carácter preventivo y correctivo incluido S24h si procede.

Ejecución de instalaciones para la Distribución de Gases industriales, laboratorio, medicinales en clientes, tanto para la fuente de suministro como para los elementos de distribución en el interior de los centros hospitalarios.

Aprovisionamiento y entrega de gases en el centro de servicios hospitalarios e industriales.

1. OPERAR LAS INSTALACIONES CONFORME A REQUISITOS CONTRACTUALES, OBJETIVOS DE OPERACIÓN, PLAZO Y GESTIÓN

• Operación óptima y segura de las instalaciones para alcanzar los objetivos definidos.
• Cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales si procede: Organizar, supervisar y controlar el propio trabajo
• Ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la instalación de acuerdo a los planes de mantenimiento definidos.
• Cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos de la Actividad.
• Propuesta de acciones correctoras en caso de desviaciones detectadas.
• Uso del stock de repuestos conforme a indicaciones de la Actividad.
• Diagnóstico, comunicación y corrección de averías.
• Realizar los interfaces con clientes internos y externos con profesionalidad y la sensibilidad adecuada.
• Conexión de envases de gas acondicionado en centrales de distribución y reserva.
• Aprovisionamiento y entrega de los gases acondicionados y líquidos in situ.
• Ejecución de instalaciones de fuentes de suministro (tanques, compresores, centrales de botellas de gases,...).
• Ejecución de instalaciones para la distribución de gases medicinales, industriales o de laboratorio (piping).
• Intervenciones básicas de sustitución de equipos de gases terapéuticos y otros.
• Si procede trabajos de soldadura de tubería de cobre e inox.
• Seleccionar los envases. Preparar los pedidos. Registrar información de la producción en los sistemas correspondientes.
• Conducir la carretilla, manipular botellas, cargar y descargar camiones. Realizar el recuento de stocks

2. CUMPLIMIENTO DE REQUISITOS LEGALES Y POLÍTICAS DEL GRUPO EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD, CALIDAD, MEDIO AMBIENTE, SISTEMAS, PROCESOS Y OBJETIVOS

• Cumplimiento de la normativa externa e interna del grupo en materia de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente e IMS.
• Identificar e implementar innovaciones e iniciativas ligadas a mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Garantizar la trazabilidad de las intervenciones realizadas en las instalaciones conforme a las políticas definidas.
• Cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables a las Actividad.
• Identificación de iniciativas de mejora y eficiencia en los procesos.
• Participación en el servicio 24 h repartido en turnos de guardia y con disponibilidad horaria con desplazamiento.
• Soporte a equipos técnicos de otras Actividades u otras zonas geográficas.
• Identificación y comunicación de nuevas oportunidades de Negocio.
• Soporte técnico al equipo comercial.

• Bachillerato o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio Superior (Rama eléctrica, electrónica o mecánica) completado con experiencia profesional o Certificado de Profesionalidad Equivalente.
• Experiencia de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Carnet de conducir tipo B
• Homologación como soldador
