Project Title:
Skywise Operations Analytics: Centralized Production Dashboard
Strategic Context & Objective:
Following the development of several digital platforms in recent years, our manufacturing plant is taking the final step in its digital transformation: integrating scattered data into a single, accessible solution oriented toward daily decision-making.
The main objective of this project is to develop a centralized dashboard on the Skywise platform that unifies production line information to offer a complete, integrated, and real-time view of the operational status.
Project Scope & Key Activities:
- Data Integration & Unification: Consolidate production anomalies (Non-Conformities) and unplanned events (Accidentals) within a single application, eliminating tool fragmentation and providing a unified single source of truth.
- Capacity & Limit Control: Monitor Non-Standard Time metrics to ensure work stations operate within their capacity limits.
- Impact on Operational Routines: You will design the tool to directly support our core teams by:
- Production Planning: Helping direct resources and efforts toward stations where time limits are constraining capacity.
- Operations: Providing the analytical foundation required to set targets for unplanned events and sub-activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Visualizing capacity status in real time to facilitate tracking and validating implemented improvement actions on the shop floor.
