As part of the maintenance team, your mission will be to carry out activities and tasks related to the preventive and corrective maintenance of the store facilities and ensure compliance with current legislation, standards, procedures, and commercial activity in optimal conditions for our customers:
●Attend to breakdowns and perform urgent corrective actions that arise in the day-to-day operations of the stores.
●Perform the preventive tasks planned by the Maintenance Manager and comply with the stipulated schedule.
●Provide support to the technical team in interventions, works, and/or assemblies within the living area of their perimeter.
●Apply the action plan required by non-conformities following audits.
●Control the energy consumption of the stores, review the parameters defined by energy efficiency, and adjust if necessary.
