What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for retail, food, and people, and if you have:

●Experience in positions requiring direct customer interaction
●Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, or Intermediate Vocational Training.
●Proficiency with cash registers, card terminals, etc.
●Basic level office tools

●PERMANENT PART-TIME CONTRACT 60 H/W

The role

What you'll do

As part of the Cash Desk team, led by the Cash Desk Manager, your duties will be:

●Provide excellent customer service and payment processing.
●Clarify questions and offer services that improve the customer's experience at Alcampo.
●Verify the correlation between products and receipts at self-checkout registers.
●Ensure a smooth flow of customers leaving through the checkouts.
●Maintain order by removing items left at the register (baskets, alarms, hangers, etc.).
●Check and stock bags, receipt rolls, etc.
●Take care of the cash collected, as well as documents, cash drawer, and receipts until handing them over at the end of the shift.
