What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for retail, food, and people, and if you have:

●At least one year of previous experience as a butcher or butchery assistant.
●Knowledge of meat preparation and handling of knives and butchery machinery.
●Training in food handling/food safety.
●Basic level office tools

The role

What you'll do

As part of the ultra-fresh market team, led by the commercial manager, your duties will be:

●Recommend, advise, counsel, and inform our customers about the characteristics of the different products intended for sale,
●Carry out and/or supervise the reception and control of merchandise.
●Debone, cut, prepare, and pack the goods.
●Place the product on the shelf, taking care of the design, attractive presentation, and correct labeling. Guarantee the existence of different formats on the shelf and the unification of dates.
●Control existing stock, perform recipe costing, yield calculations, inventories, and orders, following the instructions of the Market Manager,
●Clean, organize, and supervise the material and utensils for meat handling, as well as maintain the market facilities
