Fruit and Vegetable Specialist

As part of the Ultra-Fresh Section team, led by the Section Manager, your duties will be:

●Receiving merchandise, ensuring the freshness and entry conditions of the fruit and vegetables.
●Preparing and displaying fruits, vegetables, and other products in the section, ensuring quality, quantity, and the best product presentation.
●Performing yield analysis, yield calculation, shrinkage, etc.
●Controlling existing stock, as support to the Manager in performing inventories and orders, and to guarantee stock levels and product variety.
●Controlling and removing products that do not meet the required freshness standards.
●Cleaning, organizing, and supervising equipment and utensils, as well as the section's facilities.
