What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for retail, food, and people, and if you have:

At least one year of previous experience as a butcher, fishmonger, or assistant.
Knowledge regarding the preparation of meats/fish and the handling of knives and butchering machinery.
Training in food handling/food safety.
Basic level office automation tools

The role

As part of the ultra-fresh market team, led by the trade manager and/or Store Director, your functions will be:

Recommend, advise, counsel, and inform our customers about the characteristics of the different products intended for sale,
Carry out and/or supervise the reception and control of merchandise.
Debone, cut, prepare, and package the goods.
Place the product on the shelf, taking care of the design, attractive presentation, and correct labeling. Guarantee the existence of different formats on the shelf and unification of dates.
Control existing stock, perform yield analysis, yield calculations, inventories, and orders, following the instructions of the Market Manager,
Clean, organize, and supervise the material and utensils for meat/fish handling, as well as maintain the market facilities
