As part of the team in the Hypermarket, your mission will be to provide excellent service to the Customer by guaranteeing the control and registration of all merchandise entering and leaving the hypermarket through the goods reception area, in accordance with the instructions of the Reception Manager. Ensure compliance with internal procedures in order to protect the property and rights of Alcampo, as well as its duties towards third parties.

Main responsibilities:

●Verify merchandise to guarantee compliance with quality regulations by ensuring traceability, control of dates, weights, and condition of merchandise.
●Perform sealing and completion of the reception label.
●Register the quantities received in the system.
●Prepare reception reports, detailing any incidents occurred and ensuring correct registration and signatures.
●Maintain the daily organization and classification of the documentation generated by reception for subsequent filing in accounting, both for sales orders and general expense orders.
●Guarantee the control, review, and registration of merchandise outflows and general expense orders.
●Fill out and file the cleaning schedules for both the Fresh Food returns chamber and the reception area.
●Manage and keep up to date all documentation necessary for Health inspections and ISO.
●Review and control the daily demarca and breakage of all markets, detecting any anomaly whether by volume or by repetition.
●Manage and control organic and non-organic waste.
●Perform the management of storage and removal of compactors, pallets, plastic boxes, and waste.
●Control of WEEE and their collection.
●Ensure the correct organization, order, and cleanliness of the common areas of the warehouse.
●Perform the unloading tasks of trucks for the defined merchandise or that which corresponds by regulation.
●Guarantee the balancing of the Fresh Food reception scale for correct operation.
●Control and perform the daily movement of pallets to the store.
●Control the circulation of people and vehicles through the dock.
●Act aligned with the project and strategy of the company.
