Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in civil engineering, technical architecture, or higher/similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil or Public Works Production Manager.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, TCQ, BIM, and LPS.
Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team and results-oriented.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the construction sector to search for a Civil Works Production Manager for FLIX.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production and execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
Efficiently manage human, technical, and material resources during all phases of the project.
Control the performance and productivity of teams, subcontractors, and machinery.
Supervise the quality of the work and guarantee compliance with safety and OSH regulations.
Coordinate with industrial specialists, suppliers, as well as with the site manager and the technical management.
Prepare and update production monitoring reports, daily reports, and technical documentation.
Propose improvements and solutions to optimize processes and guarantee the final delivery of the work within the agreed time, cost, and quality.
