At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to learn, innovate, and take on new challenges. We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our team on the New Las Tablas Technical Station (Chamartín) project. This project will transform the Chamartín station into one of the country's main high-speed terminals, and we are a key part of its development. You will actively participate in BIM management during the construction phase, including track laying, electrification, signaling systems, and key infrastructure construction.

What you'll do

If you have experience working with BIM on railway infrastructure projects, managing workflows, and coordinating different disciplines, we want to meet you!

📋 Your responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling of railway infrastructures (track, electrification, overhead catenary system, structures, etc.) and integration of the different systems into a common data environment.
  • Coordination of models across different disciplines (civil works, installations, electrification), ensuring clash detection and resolution.
  • Technical documentation management: linking drawings, specifications, and documentation to the BIM model, ensuring compliance with railway regulations.
  • Version control and change management: continuously updating the model according to design or construction changes, ensuring traceability.
  • Preparation of reports, visualizations, and BIM documentation for the project team.

What we're looking for

🎯 Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience as a BIM Technician on civil works and railway projects.
  • Education: Specific training in BIM or an accredited Master's degree.
  • Technical skills:
    • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
    • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
    • Valuable experience with Presto, Excel, Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Power BI.
