Senior Systems Engineer - Verification & Validation (Defense)

✅ University degree in Engineering: Telecommunications, Aerospace, Industrial, Computer Science, or other related fields.
✅ More than 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, and/or Verification and Validation.
✅ Hands-on experience with the V-Model applied to the development of complex systems.
✅ Solid knowledge of Systems Engineering following INCOSE practices.
✅ Experience in:

• Requirements management and traceability.
• Analysis of consistency between requirements and tests.
• Execution and design of advanced functional tests.
• Preparation and management of technical documentation.
• ✅ Advanced proficiency with DOORS.

• ✅ Desirable technical knowledge of radar sensors and communications systems.
• ✅ Experience in international projects.
• ✅ Advanced English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join projects involving complex Air Defense systems, participating in requirements engineering, integration, verification, and validation activities, following Systems Engineering methodologies based on INCOSE and the V-Model.

💡 What will you do?

In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for:

• Participate in Systems Engineering activities throughout the entire system life cycle, from definition to validation.
• Perform analysis, definition, and specification of complex systems within the Air Defense domain.
• Manage and analyze system requirements, ensuring their coherence, consistency, and traceability.
• Actively participate in integration, verification, and validation (V&V) processes.
• Define and prepare test documentation across the different development phases (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR).
• Analyze requirement compliance against test results.
• Work with requirements capture and management tools, especially DOORS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, coordinating with other technical areas.
• Stay up to date on technological trends and advances in the Defense sector.
